Web conferencing allows us to instantly communicate and collaborate with you... anytime, anywhere.

Our web conferencing facility is powered by Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ and incorporates state-of-the-art features that allow us to bi-directionally share computer displays, information, and real-time video. If you've browsed to this web page, then your PC is already capable of utilizing our web conferencing system!

To enable your participation in a web conference, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by telephone in accordance with the instructions of the conference host.
  • Click on the "Join Meeting" button (at the bottom of this page) when you are ready to participate in the web conference.
  • Within a few seconds, your Web browser will display the Meeting Entry page shown below.

  • Please select the 'Enter as a Guest' option.
  • Type your name in the text entry box.
  • 'Click' on the "Enter Room" button.
  • Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ will contact our web conferencing system through your Internet connection.
  • Once contact has been established, Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™ will display "This is a private meeting. Your request to enter has been sent to the host. Please wait for a response."

  • The conference host will enable your connection; and, a "Welcome to Acrobat® Connect™" screen will appear (as shown below).
  • The conference host will direct or control your participation in the conference as necessary.

  • If you disconnect from (or accidentally close) the web conferencing window, you can return to the Meeting Entry page and reconnect to the current web conference.
  • Web conference sessions are presented by CYDEX Corporation (the host) and may contain proprietary and confidential information. Your use of our web conference facility indicates implicit acknowledgment and acceptance of our web site and web conferencing Terms and Conditions of Use.
